"From start to finish my experience here was exceptional. I had gotten quotes from ten pool companies before I found this one and what set them apart were many things. From my first phone call they were very informal. I loved that I could visit the office and sit down with Steve as he walked me through several different visuals and possibilities with my new pool. As he created a digital pool right in front of me and I could watch my imagination become my new pool. Steve helped me through the first part of the process and stayed in contact for all of my questions. Once I was handed off to the project manager Lauren for the fun part and selecting colors, bricks, tiles and add ons she bared with me through all of my indecisiveness! I love how they actually have a whole show room and you could literally see your options come to life. She sat with me for hours and put so many different selections together until it was perfect. She was super sweet and even answered my random calls and texts for updates. This company was by far the best!! I never went without an update, without an explanation, I never had a hidden fee they were upfront of costs and reasons. I 100% recommend them for your new build!!"

"I have used Horizon Pool services twice. Desmond is professional and honest. He replaced our pool heater ( had two other estimates at a higher price) and now he replaced our salt cell. He is so honest that he informed me that if I wanted to save a little, I could buy it at Amazon and change it myself. Great professional! I highly recommend him!"

"Horizon Outdoor Construction. We had several companies give us quotes but our decision was based on personal friends experience and a huge factor is that they have been in business for many years. I would hands down recommend this company. I asked at the beginning of the project please just keep me informed of what to expect. Lauren did a great job. All the various trades were great to work with. You have to understand, construction can have delays due to weather or schedules so it took 3months and 2weeks from the initial dig to the first swim. I appreciate that with the installation we were given a pool school by another great vendor."
