"(update: management addressed issue, I'm updating to 4 stars because of this response. I appreciate the feedback) I am a collector and dealer of gold and silver bullion; coins and bars not jewelry. One of my clients went in to sell off his pocket piece, a one troy ounce silver card. The lady who was helping him weighed it at the 31.1 grams any precious metal is measured at being a TROY oz! She replied ignorantly that they only purchased oz that are 28 grams... This is a precious metal, not drugs!!! 28.35 grams vs 31.1 grams, I would expect more from a company that deals with these things!!!! Management needs to deal with this."
