"My mother in law came to visit and ordered a ring from this company. They won’t answer phone calls and even told her that your ring was going to ship out. 3 weeks later no ring. Horrible customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend placing a claim with your bank to get your money back if you purchased with a card. I drove all the way out there and the front gate is locked; even though it says they’re open on the website, so don’t waste your time driving out there."

"My fiancé and I ordered a ring on Dec 21. We asked multiple times if it would be possible to receive the ring by January the 8th. The company representative stated that they could definitely do it. I called on January the 7th and the company rep stated that they would over-night the ring and the receptionist even stated that she would be personally dropping the ring off in the mail that day because she lived right beside a FedEx location. The next day we called around 5:00 pm requesting a tracking number to which they replied that they never sent the ring. January 11th we called again asking about the ring to which they replied that it needed buffing and would be sent out that day. On the 18th I called again and the company then stated that they were in the process of using a chemical reaction to bring the black out in the ring and would be shipping it out once complete. I finally asked for a refund on January 21st and they stated that they would do it. Five days later and my card has yet to be refunded, I called January 27th and Kayla said that when the store manger came in from lunch that they would refund my card. January 27 I talked to the owner’s personal assistant and said they would have it shipped Feb 9. Of course it did not and I had to call and text multiple times and was finally refunded on the 13. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company"

"We ordered the first picture and got the second! Ordered earrings that only came as two charms and nothing that makes them actual earrings! They refuse to answer the phone or messages! The order took 10 weeks for delivery. They lied about the order multiple times. DO not order from these guys! Quality is horrible!"

"I placed an order back on November 17, 2021. Starting after Christmas I started inquiring when I would receive my order. Every week I have called and been told a different story. Usually they tell me that my order will be shipping that day or the next. I will call back a week later and get the same story. I cannot seem to get them to give me a date of shipment. I just keep getting the run around. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I really want others to be aware and prepared for the service that they will receive."
