"This store is supposed to have amazing jewelry repair but that’s not what I experienced. They had my ring sitting at their store untouched & barely called today saying they can’t work on my ring unless they can add a missing stone that they so conveniently don’t have in stock. What a way to up charge & rip someone off. This ring was supposed to be a birthday gift for tomorrow. It’s just very unprofessional on their end to wait till the day before. If they knew my ring had been sitting, why was I not notified quicker?? unbelievable. I don’t recommend this place due to their poor customer service skills."
