Blue Custom Pools

"I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I've had with Blue Custom Pools LLC. It's taken an unacceptable amount of time, over 14 months, for my pool project to reach this point of still needing plaster, spray decking and cleanup. I feel compelled to share my experience as a cautionary tale for others considering doing business with this company. Throughout this project, I have encountered significant delays, unfulfilled promises, and a distinct lack of accountability after making large draw payments to BCP, on the part of Blue Custom Pools. Every commitment that was promised by company representatives has failed to materialize, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. After patiently waiting for over a year, I reached a point where I no longer had faith that this company had the means or intention to fulfill their commitments. Considering my experiences, I felt compelled to adjust the payment terms to mitigate the risks I've encountered. To move forward, I offered to make payments after certain project milestones are met. Yet, if Blue Custom Pools cannot accept these terms, it indicates a serious impasse that potential customers should be aware of. My hope is that my review serves as a warning to others who may be considering engaging in business with Blue Custom Pools. While every situation is unique, my experience highlights the importance of thoroughly researching and considering alternatives before making a decision."

They gave me my different options, was within my budget, made sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. "I cannot speak to their pool building, but the organization as a whole appears to be lacking. I am in the home improvement industry and truly value the opportunity to visit with a homeowner and appreciate the time a homeowner takes off work to meet with me. I scheduled an appointment to get a quote and 15 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive I called to see when they would arrive. The lady answered “hello”. I thought I had the wrong number since she didn’t mention the company name when she answered. I was then informed the sales person scheduled to come out was no longer employed there and I fell through the cracks. Definitely not a great start to a project and disappointing that I took off to meet with them. I’m hoping they can learn from this and a year from now they are rocking it."
