"I am a neighbor of one of their customers in the Firethorne Division in Katy. They requested permission to remove the fence along the property line to put the neighbors pool in. I did not really want to because potential drainage issues. They promised to repair and restore all damage, repair the grade and drainage on my property. This is in writing from them. What they did is move the fence closer to my house when reinstalled, filled in the common drain swale and so far have refused to properly repair the damage they caused. There is now drainage issues with my property. Their owners response is, well we don't have a contract with you. Do not give these people permission to access your property or remove fencing to work on someone else's property."
