"It will be two years since I had my pool built by Benny and his crew at Four Seasons Pools and Spas. I couldn’t be happier with the service, the quality, and the patience they have had with me. I had a specific design that I wanted, and Benny’s crew hit that out of the park. Then came the debacle with the tile and the coping. Supplies were going fast due to Covid-19 supply-chain shortages. It was a tough time for builders everywhere. I had to change the style of the pool coping and tile twice. I am a very picky person so seeing ALL of my options was important. Benny’s office crew offered to meet me at his supplier directly so that I could see everything. They really went the extra mile. It wasn’t over! Next, the pool coping was almost 100% complete when we discovered that we needed two pieces to complete the ledge on my waterfall! That specific coping had been discontinued during the construction process of the pool and the supplier had no more. I nearly died! The office called around all over the state of Texas and found two pieces. They drove 5 hours each way just to get my two pieces of coping so that I didn’t have to have mis-matched pieces. While I was researching pool builders, I met two other ladies on my street who were going with other builders with the initials KZ and BH. I researched them too and decided that Four Seasons was the best price and the best service. My pool started after KZ started on my neighbor’s pool, but my pool was finished THREE months before the KZ pool! After speaking with my neighbor about the building process of her pool, she was extremely frustrated with KZ. They didn’t show up when they said they would, and they made a huge mistake and had to rip it out and start again! In my own research experience with KZ, the quote for my pool came in at $50,000 more than what Four Seasons charged me too. As for BH, they just stopped communicating with their client once the pool was 100% completed and that’s stressful when you’ve just put an expensive pool in, and the equipment is intimidating. It’s almost two years later and Benny and his office always answer my calls/emails and help me when I have questions about my pool. That matters!"
