I have not once had any troubles or delays with any of my taxes. She cares about her clients and always handles everyone’s taxes as if they were her own. "I used First Class Income Tax for several years, but in 2021 they didn't send me a copy of my tax return and when I requested it, I was ignored. Then I received notice that they didn't include crucial information about my home sale causing a red flag for the IRS to investigate my taxes. I called and asked for someone to call me regarding this issue and hoping for some guidance to move forward. I never received a return call. This office is sketchy at best and down right deceitful in most cases. They are poorly managed and repeatedly miss crucial items on taxes. All i asked was for a return call, they didn't even do that. I asked for a copy of my tax return and they said they didnt have one and couldnt supply one with all the items/receipts i had supplied to do my tax return. They started out great, but have really declined over the years. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Buyer be very aware."

"I witnessed the most unprofessional tax preparer ever. First, I asked a simple question as to why was I being skipped in line when I had an appointment 2 hours prior. She never gave me a proper response, turned her back and continued to the next room with her client. I stayed because I traveled an hour to meet with her based on a referral. She was rude in our meeting, seeming to not want to be bothered with my tax questions until I paid her fees. I gathered my belongings and left. I do not recommend this group."

"Gave false impressions, I had given same information the second meeting as the first meeting and the fee changed and was given the impression of receiving return of $1,608 but now has changed to owing $1,608. Thankfully I brought I legal pad to write down anything that was said during meeting which proved useful in that I know she changed her story. I specifically asked her about being able to receive a refund even though I am on a 1099, which she reassured was going to happen. But this second meeting I was informed by her that was not possible and that was not what was said during the meeting with condescending attitude. But I will gladly not use Linda Floyd’s services and will also not recommend anyone to use her services as-well."

"I have been getting my taxes done here for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are very orderly and try their best to get people taking care of during the busy tax season. The waiting area is nice with plush couches and a tv to watch. Linda Floyd does my taxes every year. She is a true proffesional who always greets you with a cheerful smile. She goes over all your tax forms thoroughly. She will ask you the necessary questions to help you get back an honest and maximum refund. I have never had an issue while doing my taxes at First Class and if I did I know Linda and the staff would not hesitate to help resolve them. Thanks again to Linda and First Class Income Tax!
