"Very rude service. I won a wedding band as part of a wedding expo and I was very happy to have won and thankful, however it doesn’t match my engagement ring and it was too large. I called to see if I could exchange the ring for something else of equal value and the woman who answered told me to call back because she was going through a personal matter which I completely understood. I called back again and she was extremely rude to me using a condescending tone. If you’re providing an item for a raffle, maybe you should be prepared for the situation that someone won’t be able to use said item and offer an exchange policy. THAT would be a good business model. I provided them with publicity as I posted about the ring I won, but they don’t deserve it."

"Poor service, my husband got my wedding ring and band re done and when I wanted to change the wedding band because it was different than what it was supposed to be, Grace was supposed to call us with price and never called back. Every time we reached out she kept telling us „that she will find out”. Still no answer.."
