"With so many horror stories of bad contractors, Wayne put our minds at ease and delivered everything as promised. Wayne was very responsive to every question we had and did his best to coordinate his work crews. We are very happy with the outcome of our backyard project. Any question we had, Wayne was able to help us with, even if it didn't pertain directly to the project itself (had a pool pump leak). "I completed my pool build with Medallion in September. I am glad I went with Medallion for my pool build. I spoke to 3 pool builders to get different quotes and opinions. After speaking to Wayne, I quickly made my decision to select his company. Wayne has decades of experience with pool build. It definitely showed during the pool build. A lot of the suggestion Wayne made about the design of the pool are now our favorite parts of the pool. I was a little hesitant at the time but Wayne understood the full vision. The communication was next level for me. I knew what was going on everyday and Wayne and Harley came on site every day at the start of the day to walk me through what was going on. He would stop by at the end of the day to make sure the work was done properly. They replied to any questions I had within minutes of me sending them an email. Contractors used by Medallion do quality work. I would call out the contractors that did the pool tiles and wall. They did an amazing job at the joints and it looks very clean. There was something going on pretty much everyday. Wayne lined up contractors in advance so the build can continue to move. We didn't have many days without something going on. Wayne promised 90 days for dig to fill. We finished in 81 days. Wayne and Harley have been very friendly about post build support as well. I reach out to him for any questions I may have and they are more then happy to answer. I would recommend Medallion for anyone looking to build a pool. A lot of companies can learn from Medallion on how to complete a project on time and how to communicate about the project with customers. They were truly exceptional. We love our pool and looking forward to summer time again to enjoy it everyday."

"We had a great experience with Medallion Pools! From the first visit I felt Wayne understood our vision and was able to refine our ideas into a design that was just what we wanted. "My family and I cannot recommend Medallion Pools enough! Medallion had been highly recommend by a family friend. We met with them in early 2020 and continued to interview at least six builders throughout the metroplex over the next year. In January 2021, we decided it was finally time to get started with building our dream pool. Without hesitation, we selected Medallion because of their timely communication, overall value, and knowledge and that they were a family business. We trusted them with our vision and they did not disappoint! The owner Wayne and his daughter Taylor were patient and took the time to refine our design and material selections multiple times. Our contract was signed in late February, ground broke on April 1st, we were swimming by mid-July. The process was seamless, even with Covid and possible contractor and material delays, which we had none. Everything was of the highest quality and delivered on time. Clearly a result of proper planning. Wayne inspected each step of the process and was on site daily. Questions (we had many, as this was our first pool build) and emails were responded to respectfully and immediately. In fact, Medallion sent an email nearly everyday as to what the plan would be for the day. Afterwards, at the end of the day, a followup email was sent explaining what had been completed and what to expect for the coming days. The timeline was followed precisely. The contractors were very professional, without a doubt, the stone masons are the best in the industry. Harley and Dave were always helpful throughout the process. Harley watered the shell daily, answered any questions and did a fantastic job of pool opening, cleaning, and provided pool school and installation of our accessories.
