"We did our due diligence and discussed a pool installation with several companies. Chris, at Pool Concepts, worked with us to develop a beautiful design that fit our small space and our budget. Chris recommended an in-floor pool cleaning system which has been a fantastic upgrade. Other companies designed a rectangular box with little thought to design. His initial design sold us on Pool Concepts. Once we decided to move forward, our overall experience was that the company did quality work and the workmanship on all aspects of the construction was top notch. The subcontractors, especially Ray, were easy to work with and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them at our home. Not only did they construct our pool but did hardscaping as well, installing a sitting (patio) area and moving stairs on our back porch area. Marisa was a pleasure to work with on the design and really appreciated her expertise. She listened to our ideas and guided us to a beautiful, finished product. Construction of this magnitude always has some issues. Time was the first issue. It took 9 months from beginning of the dig to finished product. Considering that it took us 7 months to build the house, this did seem a bit excessive. Communication with the Project Manager was not as consistent as it should have been and increased my frustration. I initiated calls more often than I received them, but in the end, I am so pleased with the design, quality, and functionality of the pool. It was worth the wait!! I would recommend Pool Concepts by Pete Ordaz to anyone looking to build a pool."

"Very happy with our pool and I highly recommend Pool Concepts. We initially called out Keith Zars and Cody Pools, but I didn't appreciate the salesmen not listening to what we wanted. They wanted to sell us pre-designed packages and they ignored where we wanted to place the pool. Pool Concepts was the only company to listen to what we wanted and provide us with a designer to design what we had envisioned - at no extra cost. They were also less expensive and I believe the end-product would've exceeded the much more expensive Keith Zars and Cody Pools. I first thought the time it took to complete the project took a while, but I heard many others (using different companies) had much longer completion times for similar size pools. The team was great. They educated us about their materials so we can make an informed decision. I was especially impressed with our project manager, Kristi. Anytime I pointed out some things that didn't seem right she immediately made it her priority to fix it - this included breaking apart was done and redoing it on their own dime."

In the beginning they were so up front with everything from timelines, expectations, and there commitment to making our dreams a reality.
