"I wanted to edit my review to include our interaction yesterday(2/17). Friday night I had an unexpected issue with my Serve card, that I received my refund on. I didn't know what to do, or who to call, because the number on the back of my card didn't give me an option to talk to someone. So Saturday morning I called Amber at JH. She immediately said come to the office, we will call them, and straighten it out. She did just that. She sat on the phone with them, mainly on hold for 2 hours, treated my husband and I like old friends, and got my card situation taken care of. We now consider Amber Wigley, and the JH office, friends and family. I can't recommend this location, and Amber enough. They are absolutely wonderful! This is our 3rd year going to this location, and seeing Amber Wigley. She is the absolute best preparer and super nice. She remembers your face, your family, and always asks how's the kids and your mom and them. She always fast, very efficient, and explains everything so you can understand it. We couldn't ask for a better person, or place to trust with this. We ❤️ this place, and she's family."

"So disappointed in this place. I have gone to Jackson Hewitt for 10+ years & this very location for a majority of those years. Because I trusted them, even though there’s closer Jackson Hewitt to my home. I took my daughter in for her first time ever filling & they failed to inform us of a tax credit she & any other college student could receive & let us leave there thinking she’d be only getting $17 back! When I called to ask them about this tax credit that I only found out about by speaking to a friend, they said oh ya she didn’t bring in the 1098 T form but we checked online for it & she didn’t have it. But low & behold I call her college & yes sure enough does. My point is they are our tax representatives & are suppose to help us file our taxes which include getting us as much as we can back & informing us of things like this. And they DIDN’T mention a word to us about it or else we would’ve stopped the process & gotten that form for them, we had no clue about it. When I called to inform them I was disappointed they didn’t mention it to us bring our tax experts, all they could say was we didn’t bring it in & they checked for it online, they actually seemed irritated that I was irritated! I will take my business else where from here on out."
