"A-MAZING!!!! Juan and the Caporal Pool and Spa team are truly the “A” Team of Pool Builders. The level of service and commitment to excellence was present every step of the way. We knew this would be the company for us the first 5 minutes of the consultation. Juan is not a salesman he is a pool builder so he didn’t try to sell us the pool, instead he walked us through the process of building and owning a pool. Communication - we received schedules and daily updates throughout the build process. Responded to all inquiries same day. Quality of work- each trade showed up on time and often early to work. They cleaned the work site each day. Juan took care of everything for us from HOA applications to permits! We passed inspections. The inspectors and construction managers in our development were complementary of the quality of work and craftsmanship. Timeliness- the pool and putting green was completed in 23 business days . These guys rocked!!!! my husband and I were overwhelmed with joy at the end of the process."
