"Elite has done a wonderful job building our backyard oasis. This included a pool, spa, hardscape, softscape, metal laser cut panels, turf etc. There was a lot of details to get right and they did this well. Justin and his team are dedicated to delivery, customer satisfaction and focused on details. There were many challenges including a limited space but they worked well in all these conditions. Justin and Elite cared about making it right and satisfying us. They were always willing to help whenever needed after the work was done. We are very happy with our experience."

"We had our front landscaping done by Elite Outdoor Living. Overall, we are quite happy with the way it turned out with a few exceptions. The main point of contention is the Italian Cypress trees in our front yard. They were to be a focal point however the trees that were planted were of quite poor quality when compared to virtually every Cypress Tree seen in my neighborhood and around the city. It has been a little over a year since they were planted and not only is their physical appearance quite displeasing but they are considerably unbalanced as they are leaning lopsided. We are quite unhappy with the trees and next summer, we will have them replaced which unfortunately, will be a considerable expense. When speaking with another landscaper who had planted exceptional Cypress trees a few houses down, he was also quite surprised that rather then using rebar to ensure the trees remain straight, an unsightly and very visible white PVC piping was used to keep the trees upright (did not work). The biggest lesson learned is to accompany the landscaper when selecting the actual trees as oppose to the landscaper selecting them. Moving on to the custom steel planters, the paint quality was quite poor. To Elite's credit, they did send a team to rectify it, unfortunately it took repeated visits to get it right. There was also an issue with the dimensions of the planters as they were not delivered as expected. Elite did take responsibility and suggested a work around but it was unnacceptable so we decided to stick with what was delivered and accepted a minor credit for compensation as we were not presented with the opportunity to have them remade from scratch to conform with the specifications in the contract. Overall, I would recommend Elite Outdoor for your future landscaping. Justin, takes pride in his work and was physically on site getting his hands dirty to ensure plant placement was perfect. Having said that, be sure not to leave the plant/tree selection to chance and accompany them when selecting the actual specimens that will be planted in your yard. It wouldn't hurt to stay on top of them when creating custom orders to ensure they are being built as per specs."

"We purchased a new construction home in 2020 and the backyard had nothing but grass.  We came from a home that had a spectacular backyard oasis and pool and wanted something equivalent, or better.  We researched quite a few companies that specialized in unique creations which led us to Elite Outdoor Living. We met with our project manager, Colby Walding, and Colby took our ideas and came back with a design that we loved.  We had a chance to see it in 3D and really get a good idea of what the finished product would look like.  When the project was over it looked exactly like the 3D rendering. All of the teams that Elite used did a great job, carpenters, stone, tile and landscaping. If you are looking for a quality pool and outdoor living area, I highly recommend Elite Outdoor Living."
