"Animal abuse and neglect - this place is god awful and I know the owners will end up in hell. Truly I wish nothing but the worst on them. All of the animals are neglected, uncared for, and just straight up abused. Poor animal care is practiced and promoted in addition to everything being double/triple the price of normal retailers. They should be shut down and the owners should be in prison. I’ve reported this place to as many animal welfare organizations as I can find and I hope everyone reading this will too. It makes me sick to know humans like this exist."
"I just got the cutest and sweetest bunny from here. He’s the best and so loved. The owner and employees were very nice and informative. I had such a blast just walking around the shop and learning about all the animals they have (especially the birds) I’d much rather give this place business compared to places like pet smart."
