"Superb customer service, and really appreciated the level of professionalism from the owner and staff. I was looking to replace a 23 year old furnace. Chris took the time to explain my options, and really listened to my concerns with the current system to recommend the best solution for my home. I am an engineer and asked quite a few questions and did a lot of my own research, and I was very happy with his patience in helping work through the various options available. I purchased both a furnace and air conditioner system. The office did a great job of coordinating the install, and the team that came on-site was very professional and explained all they were doing so I understood how the system was changing. They arrived on time, finished promptly, and made sure I was satisfied with the install. End result is a much improved HVAC system, and an extremely satisfied customer.
