"Extremely RUDE bad service!!! I’ve been here a few times and they’re getting ruder by the day.. The owner seems frustrated all the time more than the usual.. Also hard to get appointments. If you’re late a few minutes forget it, u have to reschedule. Most importantly my dog now seems scared to go, not sure if its because of something that happened there but he didn’t get like this with our previous groomer. Unfortunately we came here because we moved and now I have to find another place.. don’t feel comfortable leaving my puppy here anymore. If they’re rude to me I wonder how he’s treated when I’m not looking. Just find another place guys not worth it at all to take your babies else here."
"Sincere friendly owner. Pup was a mess after playing at the dog park. They are open on Sunday! I wanted to do the self wash. Juan helped me get my pup in the wash and showed me how to use the infused shampoo and conditioner. Very helpful when washing your dog. Clean! A little pricey...."
