Replaced old decking with stamped overlay in hand carved flagstone pattern. Replaced old plaster with lifetime pebble interior. I have used them previously & would highly recommend them. "Been doing business with Tom for over 25 years.recently had our pool replastered for the amount of 4000.00 dollars not once did Tom show up to check on our pool . After completion the plaster turned brown . Tom showed up and put the blame on us .we had our chemicals checked twice a week by two other pool companies and all chemical checked out ok . Nothing has been done to correct it . Plaster overspray is all over our new storage building and nothing done to clean or repaint by Heartsell pools . Most recent I called Tom with a question about our pool and he just hung up on me! It’s been over six month and nothing has been done. Poor quality , zero customer service.
