"I’ve been a loyal member here for years and I usually have amazing experiences, but my mom brought my dog in today for his 11th birthday and did not have the experience. My mom mentioned it was his birthday and bought him treats, but the girl helping her did not seem interested in the slightest and was anything but helpful. She also failed to give my dog his free treats for his birthday. Very disappointing."
