"We have used Hardy pools for two inground pools and spas as well as an outdoor kitchen, anyone who has ever had an inground pool built knows the monumental task that it involves. I have had many friends build pools with other builders who promised short timelines, cheap prices and lots of “freebies” and the vast majority turned into absolute nightmares - Not with Hardy pools! First of all, his quality of work is beyond compare. For example, our first pool had a large outdoor kitchen area that was connected to the home. Mark’s crew had nearly completed the brick frame of the outdoor kitchen late one evening when Mark dropped by to inspect the work. He found where the bricks on one side were not exactly aligned perfectly with the bricks on the house. It was so close he had to point it out before I could even see it….Mark didn’t even ask if we wanted it left or changed. He immediately made his crew tear the entire wall down and re-do it to be perfectly aligned with the home. This same mentality and belief is seen even more in his pool builds - The belief that every pool he builds should be done with the care and quality put into the pool in his own backyard. From higher quality pool equipment, to better steel, to brass skimmer covers and drains no detail goes unchecked with Hardy pools. A quick meeting in his design center and you will see that what most companies consider upgrades Hardy considers standard if not below standard. If you are considering building a pool and can’t decide who to go with, I will leave you with this challenge. Will the Owner of the company you are considering show up at 6am on Sunday morning of July 4th weekend and jump down into the frame of your pool and work along side his crew to ensure perfect placement of the diamond shaped tiles in your plaster? Will he/she answer the phone at 11pm on Christmas break during an uncharacteristic Texas winter storm to walk you through the emergency steps of winterizing your pool due to power failure? Mark does and it’s because he actually cares about his customers and his product."
