"Great consultation, but was quickly left in the dark after two weeks of trying to connect with Victoria after making a plan for S-Corp election. She was sure to let me know about a deadline for the filing, however, it took her two weeks to put a single document into a portal for me to fill out - and once it was uploaded, it was incorrect. I never heard back after sending in the corrections. Told me they could manage my bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation for my small business, but with absolutely zero timeliness and communication - I’m glad I didn’t continue wasting my time. I called while on vacation and emailed, most of which were unanswered. As a small business owner, integrity is everything to me. This company didn’t hit the mark on that or professionalism."
