"Not upfront with offers. When I offer on a house with my agent I expect a clear cut response but no they want final offer by 12 pm which I gave . I would have paid more than the other offer at least ask can you beat this price or something. Berkshire Hathaway got into the wrong business. Real estate agents are close to scam bribery and liars. They play a nasty game with everyone."
"When you make an offer on a home with these guys with other real estate agents it looks like they get annoyed and keep the asking price high. Not very honest or straight forward. If someone is interested in a house dont get greedy help them with the seller with fair negotiating and straight forward answers. Tell them this is there bottom price fair & square. Dont play games."
