"BAD! BAD! BAD experience here ever! Customer service is the worst. I got one item here 3 days ago, try to exchange to a different item, they told me I can’t! Will never come here again! Every customers before come here should read the reviews first! Don’t waste your time and money here! Terrible customer service, horrible!!! I just spend $1500 here 3 days ago, but just because a $75 item told me can’t exchange, that’s how this shop lost customers for sure! !!!"

"Wow, I wish I had looked at reviews before driving thirty minutes to this location. It all makes sense now. To reiterate the previous reviews, choose a different location for your Pandora needs where you’ll actually be assisted or at bare minimum shown empathy and basic customer service skills rather than being on a power trip. I will give credit to the ONE associate in there, a blonde woman that I regret not getting the name of, she at least showed an ounce of care for my situation which is all that was needed. However the male manager and other employees acted rude, tried to be intimidating, and lacked all the skills for working/speaking with customers. I called the day before and explained my situation numerous times to the associate over the phone. She repeatedly told me to come in and they’d be able to do an exchange for me, no problem. Thirty minute drive and taking two small children through the mall later and I was simply told I can’t be helped. Did not even try to do anything or offer to assist in anyway. Or even offer for me to try on what I wanted to exchange for or try to sell me on product. It was just No, period. That’s not even what I’m upset about, I can understand in an odd situation there’s policies they need to follow. But it’s the lack of empathy, lack of knowledge of the phone associate who basically lied to me to get me off the phone, and then being treated in a way that was condescending (as other reviews have mentioned). They did not even try a single thing to help. To the store manager, Erika Hernandez, you’ll need to do some customer service training for your location. What a bad reputation it is living up to."

"I went to the store because they offered a free bracelet with a purchase of $125, we spend $210 and they just said they didn't have more bracelets. So there is FALSE ADVERTISING here and they do nothing to gelp. Today 12.29.23 The Manager didn't care at all about not honoring their offer wich was on the window on the day of the purchase."

"Employees are rude as soon as you walk into this location. I called before hand to make sure my item was ready for pickup . someone answered rudely and put me on hold for over 20 minutes. they picked the phone back up and just hung up . Every time i try to call back it gets declined. they will not answer for some reason"

"This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The worker Marley was rude and condescending. This location should be shut down, they do not welcome certain customers as they come in -which has prevented me from spending money there many times. I spend a lot of money on pandora, this experience has truly upset me. I don’t see this location going for many more years if they keep these kind of employees. If I could get in contact with someone regarding this experience, I’d love to. The Bolingbrook location is amazing and quite pleasant, personable, and friendly!"
