"I have purchased many pieces of jewelry at Zales. I recently brought my engagement ring and wedding band into the store to have them appraised for insurance purposes. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called the store to find out what was going on as the ring appraisal should have already been completed. After talking to two different associates on the phone, who couldn’t give me an answer I finally was able to speak with the new assistant manager, Justin. Even though he was not involved in the original drop off, he was very reassuring to me that he would look into the situation the following business day, and would personally give me a call back to update me. Knowing the situation was a priority to him made me feel very valued as a customer. He came back with the news that it would still be another week to receive the rings. I was feeling a bit frustrated, but Justin reassured me that he would stay on top of it and would give me a call personally as soon as my jewelry came back to the store. When my husband and I arrived to pick up the rings, both Justin and the manager Liz were extremely friendly, helpful, and apologetic for any inconvenience the situation had caused us. I truly appreciated their kindness and attentiveness. Liz even recognized me as she knows I frequent the store regularly. There were some great deals so we even purchased something while we were there. My husband and I left the store feeling validated, heard, and valued as customers and it had everything to do with how Justin and Liz treated us."
