I had 3 items to return, cashier tried to tell me out of it. Said,"whatever" when I told her she waited in me before & I didn't care to get into it. Attitude at Petco. Katrina No...."
"This company has to go back to the basics. Be able to recognize a phone. Learn to hear a phone ringing. Master the art of answering the phone. Seriously, all of the dial options for this place just hang up on you (customer service, grooming, etc)."
