"Awesome indoor field for soccer games. One major flaw with the facility would have to be grossly limited parking. It is puzzling why they would build such a large facility and with such a few parking spots. Otherwise, the field is awesome especially when it is -15 degrees outside. It is a home field for Evanston club but since indoor facilities are limited in the area, clubs from all over the area come for their games against Evanston."

"Complaint regarding consistent delays and inadequate playing time. Over the past several weeks, I have noticed that the pick up games on plei consistently commence approximately 10 minutes later than the scheduled start time. While I understand that some players may arrive late, it has become a concerning trend that the game is delayed as a result. It has become common practice for the extra time to be added at the end of the game to compensate for the delayed start. However, I have noticed that this adjustment has not been consistently implemented. Specifically, during our game on 05.30.23 8 pm, despite the customary delay, the game was abruptly ended at exactly 9 pm, leaving us with only a fraction of the time we paid for. I approached the staff present and explained the situation, highlighting the usual practice of extending the game to account for the delayed start. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference, and the staff displayed no willingness to address the issue or find a suitable solution. While I acknowledge that the scheduled start time for the game is 8 pm, it is worth noting that without other players present, it becomes impossible for me, as well as others, to engage in a proper game. Considering that I am paying for a full hour of play, I find it disheartening that this issue has escalated to the point where we are left with inadequate playing time. I have been a loyal customer at your field for quite some time, and until recently, I have enjoyed the games and the overall experience. However, the shift on May 30, 2023, was particularly problematic, and it has left me questioning the quality of service and respect for paying customers that your establishment provides. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address the ongoing delays and the inconsistent application of extending game time. I believe it is essential to ensure that players receive the full hour of play they have paid for, as this directly impacts their satisfaction and overall experience at your field"

"Had a great time last night for their Craft Beer Fest!! Vendors were great, and we saw the Ya-Ya's and my favorite band, Dancing Queen!!"

"We recently held a bar mitzvah party for our son at Quad Indoor Sports for both our son's friends and our own adult friends. We had use of the entire facility, catered dinner food, and ran sports activities for the children and adults. It was an incredibly fun and successful event. Working with Quad and Tony, specifically, was better than I could have ever expected for an event of this size and months of planning. From the very beginning, the folks at QIS was a pleasure to partner with and handled all the planning and logistics so well. Literally, not a single issue at all.
