Plan on College

"We tried this for my daughter, paid half $1247 up front, assured that 100% refund was possible if it did not work out. It didn't work out for us. Still have not received the refund. I'm happy to update my review when this is resolved but I'm not feeling good about this so far. Update: We never heard back from this company. I had to submit a dispute to Paypal that resulted in a refund on July 13. Initial request for a refund was May 30 so it took 6 weeks."

"Don't waste your money! Getting in touch with anyone especially after Jackie left is impossible. My daughter had more attention from her school counselor than from POC. Appeal letter for her school of choice wasn't submitted until we complained about it and it was too late. We were promised scholarship help for the next year . After the initial meeting no one has followed up. It has been 8 month now."

"Plan on College has helped us in so many ways- prep for ACt/SAT, interest/aptitude tests, career choices, scholarships, applications, timing of when everything happens and when everything is due (there are SO many parts to this preparation!), and what Mom and Dad care so much about - financial aid. We've met in person with them, on the phone, corresponded through email. When I look back at emails I've sent, they have answered ALL my detailed questions and, I might add, in a very professional manner! We are on our way as my son starts college within 2 weeks but I know they will be there if I have questions with financial aid in upcoming years. Thank you Plan on College!
