"There's a cranky old man working at the Addison office. I tried to explain to him numerous times that I just needed to update my account info but he was clearly not in the mood to work this day. Someone else stepped up after he argued with me for a few minutes and made it very clear that he did not want my business. The lady that helped me was very nice and it only took a few minutes but during that time I heard him answer the phone 2 or 3 times and turn away business. I'm not sure why he is employeed there because he clearly doesn't want to work."
