"This company, specifically Bertrand is not only incompetent but display EXTREME NEGLIGENCE when it comes to their clients affairs. I felt I needed to warn the public in every way possible after what they did to my parents. They should be ashamed of themselves and instead of making it right they tucked their tail and disappeared like true cowards which only shows thier guilt. I’m going to make it a point to let every one of my Clients as well as every one across the Northern suburbs. Worst part is they can’t even apologize and didn’t even help my parents make it right. You’re hired for your “so called” knowledge of tax law but screwed my family who had been your clients for years and your incompetence buried them."
