"I started with Zack about a month and a half ago and I’ve noticed big results. I wasn’t interested in figuring out a public gym on my own so his knowledge and help as been great. He’s a nice dude to talk to and train with. Definitely recommend."

"I started going to Zack about 3 weeks ago and he is great! Each session is different focusing on different muscles. Not the standard lets go to this machine, he really works all the muscles. He is also conscious of my bad knee and is helping getting it stronger! Great trainer!"

"Super helpful and knowledgeable would recommend to everyone! I started going to Zack to get back into a more healthy lifestyle and he really delivered. The gym is really nice, clean and well-managed. One thing I really liked about it was that it was not a frilly gym, it’s definitely a get to the point work out, have some fun then come back tomorrow. Is really obvious that Zack knows what he’s talking about and takes into account your previous history, your goals and lifestyle. Each workout is different and dynamic so I never got bored and it felt like I was always getting better. We even started talking about my diet and real ways to get healthy and not a get slim quick scheme.
