He pushes you while keeping an eye on your safety, and does all kinds of research for special conditions he hasn’t run into before. I’ve worked with other trainers, and I have never felt the level of interest and investment I get from George. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with him is insanely lucky!"
"Today I went to the Gym with my husband like every morning. Usually they ask me to sign up on computer but today they suddenly ask me my ID. I told them I didn't bring ID this morning. They told me have to go home and get it. I told them I'm member 10 years, I know it a policy but before nobody told me show ID, that's why I didn't bring it. Can you let me get in today? They call manager and he is super rude. Me and my husband have to go home. Recently their services very bad, even bathroom and toilet is dirty, sometimes no toilet paper. But I understand with affordable price. But today I can't stand with the way they treat customers loyalty. For almost 10year .I will cancel membership and look for new one."
"Facility keeps getting worse every year. Been a member almost since they did the grand opening, and it’s being taking a turn for the worse. Facility just keeps getting messier, rarely any towels to wipe your hands drys, stalls are always dirty or “out of service “ Locker rooms have that old dirty mop water smell. Equipment or treadmills are either barely working or broken. And the price just keeps rising. I understand it’s due to this state, but give members something to feel good about this place. Probably the only reason I didn’t rate a 1 star is because this facility is open 24 hours."
"I absolutely love this gym. Everyone is super friendly and I feel like a valued client. My trainer Zach is amazing! He actually listens to me and works with me to reach my goals!"
