"This place is an excellent place to exercise. It has everything you need for just about any workout. Squat racks, cardio steps, cable machines, stairmasters, rowing machines, high quality dumbbells up to 100lbs, several ab stations. Oh, and you’ll never ever have to wait for a treadmill or elliptical. Shower facilities, lockers and pool are also available. Are you local? Are you a student? Are you wanting a convenient place to work out? You should check this place out."

"Very nice setting for a graduation ceremony. Temperature was cool and comfortable. There were maintenance crews constantly coming around sweeping up any thing dropped on the floor.bathrooms were kept up with supplies at least every half hour. The parking lots are huge with quite a lot of handicap spaces. Easy wheelchair entrances we're available. COD staff were friendly and easy to work with."
