"I was told 2.5 hours & it was 4 hours! The girl I spoke to initially was complaining that she didn’t make her schedule & she likes a break in between each animal. I went in after 3 hours to check on my dog that has severe separation anxiety & was told it would be another hour because he didn’t like the dryer. However, I use the hair dryer on him at home. I was given attitude at this time with a girl that had pink hair. When I picked him up, his ears were matted. I will have to trim his ears myself. And there are some stray hairs on each front foot. I have used this place several times & have always been pleased prior to this experience. I will never go back!"

"Had a pretty bad experience with my pup... My appointment was set for 8:30, but the groomer was an hour late. Even after this, my dog was given a rushed haircut and she forgot to trim his nails even though I paid for that too. Everyone was very apologetic, but I still paid full price for services I didn't receive. I don't think I'll be returning."
