"Making the decision to start Taekwondo training, here, was the BEST choice I've made for myself, in a looong time. I am a beginner, just in my 3rd month of training. I have been dancing for the last 24 years but I no longer have an outlet to dance more than a couple times a month. I need more activity than that. I am learning some wonderful stretches and ways to improve my posture, which is the greatest aid in keeping pain free. Then with physical improvement, comes the mental improvement. I'm helping my body with flexibility, stability, and keeping more fit. This in turn gives me a little boost to my self morale, as I see and feel improvements. Plus, wearing color around your waist... indescribable feeling! This is just a small glimpse into how much Taekwondo training has done for me, in so little time. The instructors are the best! Truly! They offer training that is tailored to each student. Somehow, and very impressively I might add, they can see each of our strengths and weaknesses, they know how quick or slow we learn, how to teach each student the best way for each of us to learn, at our own pace.... just amazing! Now, let me tell you the #1 thing you really need to know about everyone at Yong-InAurora. From student to Master, from day 1 to and thru every day forward, there is such a wonderful welcoming, acceptance, care, and respect just flourishing and pouring out the door!
