"If you are considering CrossFit this is the place to learn. If you are considering switching boxes this is a great place to work out. AMRAP is an awesome community with great coaches and plenty of equipment and space. This is the place to get your feet wet with CrossFit. Matt's programming is effective and comprehensive. The community is really one of the best I have experienced. Always welcoming, always supportive and always fun. Update: I believe the box has changed ownership at least once since I wrote this review but I’m sure this is probably still a good place to work out. Full disclosure: I moved out of the area many years ago and have not been to CrossFit AMRAP since."
