"Absolutely the worst customer service and attitude in the world. My wife needed her necklace repaired so we decided to go with a local small business versus a national brand. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but understand some folks just like to complain. I called before visiting to make sure they could perform the repair. The lady (Owner, I guess) said that they could do it, but she would need to see it to give a time frame. So we traveled (not far) to the shop and were let in. We explained what we needed and she said that it should only take a week and they would call us when it was complete. A week goes by and no phone call, but I figured they were busy and I would wait a little longer. Two weeks go by, and still no phone call so I decided to call and check the status. The lady answered and when I questioned she stated that the Jeweler was out and his wife had passed away, so empathetically I offered my condolences, yet expressed my dissatisfaction with not being notified that it would be delayed. To me, it is a common courtesy to keep your customers informed, especially if there will be a significant delay. She fired back in a very disrespectful way saying that I had the ability to call anytime, and they could not control when people die. More of a defensive retort, versus a sincere apology. Nonetheless she said she was meeting with the jeweler the next day and she would let me know after that meeting when she could deliver the necklace. She called back the next day and stated that it was probably going to be at least another two weeks before it could be repaired, so I told her I would talk to my wife and call her back. My wife did not want to wait and said she would call the store to arrange a pickup. After unsuccessfully being able to reach the store, the owner called my wife a few days later. She told my wife a totally different story. This time the jeweler had double pneumonia and she was not sure when they could fix it, so my wife said we would be by to pick it up and she disrespectfully said "Good"! After trying to pick it up twice, being closed we finally got the necklace back. What a horrible experience and based on the prior review it seems that "death" is an ongoing excuse, and the fact that she changed her story between my wife and me, it is evident there is something else going on. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced by a small business that should be trying to gain customers versus agitating them. Her attitude is not one that deserves business. I have already told my friends and family to steer clear of this place and I will continue to defer people from patronizing this horrible excuse for a business."

"This is my trusted store for all my jewelry needs. I don't need much, but after haveing had a few less than transparent experiences with other or big jewelry stores in the greater St. Louis area. I won't go anywhere else now. I trust their work & their service."

"Do not recommend. This lady has absolutely zero communication & was closed on Saturday when her hours clearly state she’s open. She has had a ring I needed resized for almost a month, and has yet to start on it. She said it would only take about a week or 2 to resize it. When I asked 2 weeks ago for an update it hadn’t even been started yet. 2 weeks later. 1 month in, still nothing and can’t get ahold of her store to find anything out. Absolutely furious with this place don’t take your jewelry here."

"Great jewelry store! Nice selection! She always has lovely items. You can get items sized, repaired, cleaned... we took a ring in to be taken apart and turned into 2 different rings, her designer, crafter did a fantastic job, exactly what we were looking for! Thank you!"

"I took my wife's very valuable and "priceless " wedding 3 ring set to Klein's for repairs and cleaning. She had stopped wearing the set because the jewel settings were loose and one was busted off. Also her ring size had changed. I had no idea what this would cost etc. The quality and consideration taken to bring this ring set back to life turned out beautiful and well done. This is a surprise Christmas present for my wife. Her sister tells me that she'll love it. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Klein's to friends and family."
