"Wow. I’m a 63 year-old guy who doesn’t wear jewelry and who doesn’t buy much after 35 years of marriage. Why do I love this jewelry studio? We made it a family trip to take in a bunch of watches that needed repair and (1) the people were incredibly nice, (2) some watches were fixed on the spot, (3) other watches were fixed in a week or two even though extensive work was needed, and (4), the prices were great. These people are serious professionals who love their work and don’t have a hint of snobbishness.
