"I wish I could put zero stars. I've gone here two years in a row and both experiences were awful. It's a great place if you like to be put down. My tax preparer made fun of the amount I made and when they messed up my return and I got audited, they told me I was the one who put it on the form (??) and that it was my fault, when clearly she wrote a number twice by accident. If you want to be called stupid and poor and be left on your own when they mess up, this is the place! Corporate customer service is better, but that may be because I've had to talk to them so much this year."
