"This place is fantastic! First off, Richie, the owner is very professional. My personal trainer, who is recommended to me by a friend, name is Katie. She is fully certified fitness trainer, and not only should go to fitness, she is great at building up your ego, and your desire to lift weights and eat healthy. My husband said.” this was one of the best decisions of our lives.” we thought at first, that we were older,(56 and 62), and two months into it, we asked Katie if our weights were increasing. Katie said that we were lifting more ways than a lot of 30-year-olds were lifting. I can’t recommend this place more, but I wanna kind of keep it a secret, so don’t tell too many people lol"
