"I thought I loved this place when I took an intro aerial silks class, and thought the instructor was great. I signed up for the beginner aerial silks class (membership required) that was running on Saturdays, as the other one was full. The class began last Sat. but was cancelled due to weather conditions (which was reasonable) and it was no problem. The second class was supposed to be today, and I received a text from the owner stating my class was cancelled due to low enrollment. Basically, I was strung along being signed up for this class and not told at the start date that it would be cancelled due to low enrollment. I could’ve been finding alternate options for silks classes and actually working out as opposed to being strung along so they wouldn’t have to refund my membership. Received the cancellation notice through text this morning (day of), asked if there was room in other classes (no response), then chose the refund option, and have still not received a reply."
