"My husband purchased a very nice diamond pendant necklace for almost $700 dollars and the chain broke. When I called I was told to the bring the necklace back and they would take care of me … when I got to the pawn shop with the necklace I was advised that I would have to pay $17 to have the chain repaired which wasn’t a problem … I went on to explain to the clerk that I only had the necklace for almost 60 days and his response is ther is no warranty and it doesn’t make him any diff if I get it repaired or not and thought that was very rude and unprofessional… when we purchased the necklace it was all smiles … but I’m going to make sure I tell everybody I know how rude and unprofessional the clerk was and I’m the future I’ll spend my money at a real jeweler with a warranty."
