"I will not choose to go to another jeweler for anything I need. 26+ years ago my dad, now deceased, got me a gold herring bone necklace for a graduation gift. Wednesday morning, after letting one of my older girls wear it (and not putting it back like I should have), I found it in the hands of my 4 year old, being twisted and twirled. I was devastated. I took it here on the recommendation of 2 other friends and was told it wasn't repairable. As I cried my eyes out and after we talked about options to do with it, I left it in the hands of Sarah and Melanie. Today I they said they had "some things" to show me. I assumed ideas for what we would be able to make with it. I got there and the "things" was just a single thing. My necklace repaired. Melanie took the time to repair it before opting for some of the other things Sarah and I discussed being possibly able to do.
