"Wasn't too happy with everything that went down. I came to have my dog groomed was told to leave her for 2 3 hours I was told she couldn't have the muzzle on when clipping nails even though I explained she might nip at the clippers if not done. Went back 2 hours later to find the nails weren't trimmed and she wasn't even given a bath but was still charged almost 50 dollars. So I for sure will not be bringing my dog back here for anything nor will I continue to shop thier for my dogs needs, this was an extreme inconvenience for me."
"My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive temporary pet carrier. We had checked online and seen that our local Petco had them in stock and on sale. When we got there, we asked where they were located, and an employee immediately went to the shelf and got one for us. When the cashier rang up the item it rang up a higher price. When we told her it was less expensive online, she said the online sale prices were different than in store sale prices. She then looked up the online price and gave us that price! Both employees were very friendly, and the cashier didn't seem annoyed that we questioned the price of the item."

"The grooming staff here are wonderful with our old dogs. They are gentle and kind to them even when they get cranky. Fast service on walk-in nail trimming/grinding. Good price too."
"I always enjoy coming to this Petco! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have the cutest dog clothes and cat toys! I had some questions about pet food because my dog was growing bored of the flavor of his, and a guy who worked there very kindly showed me some flavor additives I could add in to change the flavor without changing the food! This was great because my dog is doing great on Science Diet at the direction of my vet, so this way he gets the nutrition and some varied taste!"
