"Would give 0 stars if I could. Have been trying to cancel my membership due to pregnancy for 4-5 months now. Have called and went into business multiple times during their working hours and no one is ever at the herrin location. When I did finally run into an employee they told me that canceling due to pregnancy would be easy and one of their managers would reach out to me. It’s been 5 months now and never have I once received a call from quest fitness themselves. Put a block on my account so they couldn’t charge me and they sent my info to another billing company who has also reached out to quest fitness regarding my cancellation twice now with no reply. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym, trying to cancel a membership with them is almost impossible. Do not recommend"
"I love both locations! However, some of the equipment at Marion fits my needs to prepare my body for a successful knee replacement surgery. I do work with a personal trainer, however, the equipment is self explanatory, even for me!"
"This gym feels like home and has all the equipment you need to increase your health and get into the shape you want to be in. I love my gym, and the membership is affordable. Plus 24 hour access is amazing!"
"If you are looking to get in, do work and then get out, this is your place. 24-hour access and the best staff when they are there during regular business hours. Clean facilities. Sauna equipped. Even got a smoothie bar. The younger staff does like to play a little too much pop music, but will change it to rock if you ask nicely. I mean don't get me wrong, I'll listen to a little Beyoncé now and then, but not when working on sweet gains. Here's to your health!"
