"I have been coming here since October, I didn't know what to expect, but I was welcomed and shown the basic fundamentals of boxing. The coaches here are very knowledgeable about the art of boxing and the history. They're very patient too, if you're having trouble with something they take the time to show you the proper way. Everyone that attends is very humble. I can attest that if you trust the process and stay consistent with training you will get better. If you're looking to add something outside traditional fitness routines, compete, learn self defense or just increase your discipline and confidence. Stop in and try it out. They have promos and are very reasonably priced. Start your New Years off right and glove up."
