"I went to Kay on a Saturday morning. Melissa helped me. I was coming from the local zales that closed for warranty inspection on my rings because Kay was able to take that over since the closing. Melissa was amazing. She was extremely professional and very nice to work with. Just because of how she treated us I'll be back very soon to buy from her."

"Just make sure you go when nobody is in the store. When I took my ring to get registered I had an amazing experience and the person who helped me was amazing. Today I tried to get my ring inspected for the first time since being engaged and there were some other customers in the store. The only acknowledgment I got was the manager telling someone who tried to help me that someone else had walked in before me. I stood and waited for 5+ minutes with no end in sight. I understand other customers were there before me but it’s pretty rude to just be ignored. Unfortunately my ring still need checked so I will have to go back, but I will make sure I go in when nobody else is there so I can actually get helped."

"I have been wanting to dress up my original wedding set since I got it. My husband was adamant about me keeping the piece in it's original state. I tried meeting with someone who makes custom pieces and everything. I ended up going to a Kay store in another town and settling on some diamond bands that still just didn't fit. I got them home, hb said "nope". Deflated, I went back to my Peru store to return them. Melissa remembered me and was empathetic to all I had been through trying to upgrade but still keep original. I mentioned that I wish I could find an enhancer that worked but nothing seemed like it would because my wedding band was soldered on. I swear it was like a beacon of light- Melissa pulled an enhancer out of the case and it was PERFECT!!! It was the right color, the right shape and it was even less expensive than my return! I was leaving on vacation in a week but Melissa managed to get it soldered before I left. These guys won over a life-long customer here. I am over-the-moon about this. My only regret is that I didn't go there sooner!"
