"Only does deep cleanings. Refused to do a regular clean. Last 2 dentists I went to had no problem doing regular cleaning. In 6 months, have not fixed one cavity. Only dentist I've encountered that can't do a standard cleaning Don't waste your time. Go to SECURE DENTAL They fix cavities and can do regular cleanings."

"Insurance fraud they charged my insurance for procedures they never did Worst experience ever there try to get worked on the lady try to make me get my teeth pulled instead of fixing it. Try to go to a different dentist and get my records sent over to get the work done. Insurance company said they cannot do the work because it was previously provided which is so untrue. They still charged my insurance company for a cleaning that never took place never did fluoride or even took x-rays."

"I absolutely love this location the staff is phenomenally sweet and welcoming! Love the new dentist he’s great!!! Unfortunately I was told this location is closing and I know I myself will NOT go to the Illinois location so I’m sure you’ll lose several patients!"

"Been here 3 times so far. First time they just looked in my mouth said I need a root canal ok no problem so I’m waiting and waiting and waiting for my call for a prior authorization to go through never got it so I called them come to find out the dr that did the PAs quit or got fired whatever happened idk. So I finally get in the new dentist looked at my teeth told me the same thing I need a root canal, ok we established that already. So fast forward to the root canal I get it done they did a PA for the cap I was waiting and waiting and waiting to hear back about the cap never did got a letter in the mail from my insurance saying it was denied because they didn’t have enough info ok why not because anyone that’s does PA’s knows you have to send in everything they need or it’s going to get denied. I called them and asked about it the lady told me I’d be getting a call back from her supervisor never happened so I called them back a few days later and got sent through to 2 different ppl and the guy told me they would call me back within 2 business days well here we are I’d say at business day 5 and still haven’t heard anything."

"Today was my second appointment here. It was so nice that I wanted to add to my first review. I have been struggling to find a dentist and an office who would follow through with promises and keep appointments. I was struggling to feel like anybody cared at all. Thank goodness I found this place. I am not being dramatic, this has been a seven month long journey. The wonderful woman who helps with the back was so kind, she made me miss my mom. She took time, she understood what I needed I order to feel like more than a number. Why? Because she actually, well, asked. The new dentist I saw is a dynamo. Very well-spoken and gentle. I have no doubt in my mind, that I finally found an office of lovely people and a dentist that is committed to helping you no matter who you are. For the first time in my life I can say “I can’t wait to get back to the dentist.” I’m incredibly grateful."
