Walmart Vision & Glasses

"Had one of my best shopping experiences today at Walmart Vision in Dubuque. I had been dreading shopping for glasses and putting off the task for a couple weeks now. I was anticipating being overwhelmed with choices and had nothing particular in mind for style or fit. As we walked in we were greeted by Jenn G. She gave us a brief summary of the selection and got me started looking. Within a couple of minutes she walked up with a tray of five frames that she thought would look good on my face. She was dead on! I had new frames picked and and all measured up in minutes. I am just so happily surprised by the awesome level of customer service that we received! Thank you Jenn for the experience!!!"

"The lady I worked with was absolutely no help. When I received my glasses I couldn't see a thing. They sent them back in because THEY put in the wrong number of where the progressive line should be. I got them back and still couldn't see. They told me there was nothing they could do, even after 2 eye exams. So I now have a $400. pair of glasses I can't use"

"Carol is so helpful every time we visit for our annual exams and purchase glasses. I shared with her today that I truly hope she is there when we visit each year. She makes my day. "Very unhappy with the one girl in particular. I called to see if my glasses came in because nobody had called me. When she said they were, I asked if they were open until 7. She confirmed that they were. I was excited to get my new glasses so I made it there at 6:40. They were closed!!! I drove all the way across town for that?!? I was really unhappy about that. The next day I called and it was the same girl. I asked if they were actually going to stay open until 3. I went over there about 2:20. A man was in there and she was in the back. She came out after 15 minutes. She looked at me and looked away. Not a hello, nothing. She finished helping the man and then after a couple of minutes she finally said I could go over to her table. I’m not sure what’s happened to customer service in general but this isn’t how you should be treated. The manager is the one who initially helped me and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, this lady wasn’t. Opening hours Monday 8AM–7PM Tuesday 8AM–7PM Wednesday 8AM–7PM Thursday 8AM–7PM Friday 8AM–7PM Saturday night 8AM–7PM Sunday 10AM–3PM"

"My 16 daughter had gone to a different optometrist. She did not feel comfortable and thus did not get a correct prescription. We came to Dr. Hansen for a second opinion. She took her time and explained everything as she went, checking to see how my daughter was doing on numerous occasions. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend her services!"
