"This does not even deserve one star. I never write reviews, but I felt this needed to be done because of how disrespectful, unprofessional this place is, and to raise awareness. Please do not go to this office, do not bring your parents to this place. These people play with the health of their patients. I work in the medical field in administration and I was disturbed by how this office functions. I provided all the documentation and information required for them to do their job, I made their job easy and yet they failed to do what was needed to be done. Their reception staff is beyond rude, and never DOCUMENT calls. I called many times and informed them that I had previously called about the issue and they never “had” record of it. They claim they will follow up and they never do, and when you call to follow up in regards to the issue, they said they need to inform someone about it, when according to them it was being taken care of the previous week when I had called about the same issues. Excuse after excuse! I called them in regards to lab orders that my family member required and it took one month of dealing with them and it was never solved. But the last straw was when my family member’s physical therapy was about to end and it required to be extended and they failed to do that, leaving my family member without physical therapy for more than 2 weeks. I desperately wanted to change the site in the insurance since the beginning but couldn’t because of the physical therapy and had to wait until the therapy expired to make any changes. Once we did, we needed to wait until the first of next month for the change to be effective, almost one month without physical therapy and occupational therapy all because their incompetent staff that never do anything right. And when you confront them you are told in a rude manner it is not their fault. I also left a voicemail on their managers mailbox and I’m yet to get a returned call. Please do not come to this place, your health is worth much more than your physician preference."

"I'm only there for Doctor Rueda, because the staff is useless, they kept my daughter for more than an hour just to give her a simple vaccine."

"I only go here for dr rueda. But this place sucks there’s always a two week wait for any available appointment nothing is ever earlier than that. And when you do go for your appointment there’s always an hour wait to be called in and some of the nurses have an attitude. This place can do So much better"

"The doctors are good. BUT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND GIVING THE PAPERWORK ARE **USELESS*** THEY ALWAYS GIVE THE PAPERWORK WRONG, WHEN ONE HAS A PROBLEM WITH REFERRALS OR A PROBLEM THAT THEY CAUSED BY MISTAKE THAT THEY DID, THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NEVER EVER BUT THEY HAVE NEVER GAVE ME GOOD SERVICE AND I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THIS ABOUT THEM. (I hope that one day the doctors will take time to correct this problem) I would leave this review in English but there are more reviews in English from some other customer that have had bad experiences with the doctor staff."

"The staff here always has an attitude. It is obvious that they dislike their job responsibilities. The doctors, however, are very nice. But be ready to put up with attitude before you get seen by the doctor."
