"Be carefull with this place. I self paid for my exam and it is 2 months now that I am receiving the same bill, went directly to the clinic to resolve it, I was assured it is resolved and I am getting texts, calls, emails and letters with this double charge. Same happened to my parents few years ago when they were double charging their insurance. Very unethical. I am very dissapoited. Will have to look for different GI, I don't have such a spare time to deal with billing issues for months"

"First visit to this office and a gastroenterologist in general. I was able to get an appointment 3 weeks out, which is much quicker than any other gastroenterology office I called. I saw Dr.Doniparthi for recurring abdominal pain. She is very kind, and walked me through potential diagnoses, and tests we would needed. Her first instinct was spot on, only one test needed. Within 2.5 weeks of my visit, I was having surgery to address the cause of my issues. Now 2 weeks post surgery and doing much better. If I hadn’t come here, I’d still be in pain and waiting for my appointment that I originally scheduled with a different medical office and provider."

"This place is wonderful. The staff is warm and kind and I saw Dr. Doniparthi who was absolutely wonderful. She was wonderfully kind and patient while I asked a million nervous questions. I have a colonoscopy scheduled with her and I feel as if I am in excellent hands. Thank you!!!"

"This place is so unprofessional and rude. My first interaction with a dr there made me very uncomfortable so I switched to a highly rated dr and waited months. When I met her she was rude, stared at me several times without saying anything, and dismissive. I had anxieties about my health issues that neither doctor addressed. I finally worked up the courage to call back and try one last dr there who had great reviews and was rudely told I can’t see him because I can’t be hoping around from doctor to doctor in the office. They only have seven doctors and I can’t jump from doctor to doctor even when I explained I had a bad experience with both previously. I wasn’t asked why I did or what they could do to help, just told over and over I can’t bounce around the office as is their policy but one switch was ok. This place made me feel horrible and put of my health issues or force me to see a dr that made me feel uncomfortable if I wanted help. Thankfully I found a new place and will never come here again."
